Kelly Fitzgerald — Founder
Marine. Iraq veteran (OIF 2-2, 2004–05). Based in Granville, Ohio, in the county where he works. Kelly started Bull Moose because the campaigns that need help most — county commissioner, state house, township — are exactly the ones the national firms won't take.
The Name
Why "Bull Moose"?
Teddy Roosevelt ran under the Bull Moose banner when the establishment wouldn't have him — a candidate over a machine. That's the whole idea: we work for the candidate on the ballot, not a party apparatus, and only for Republicans and independents.
